The heart of the SAUNA is its heater. The ULTRA SAUNA by Vico Products Mfg. co., Inc. is the ultimate in this field. All parts of the Ultra Sauna gas fired heaters are constructed of 300 series stainless steel to prevent rust or corrosion from the moisture and high temperatures to which they are exposed. The heaters are designed to allow as much water on the imported high density rocks as necessary to obtain the desired amount of steam. Water cannot run through to the burner or floor beacause the rocks are placed in the cone shaped top of the sealed combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is made of heavy gauge, type 321 stainless steel which is designed specifically for high temperatures; it withstands prolonged, intense heat. No flue is necessary when venting through an outside wall; a stainless steel flue cap is furnished. All ULTRA SAUNA gas fired heaters have received private laboratory and International Conference of Building Officials approval.
